  • Founder, President

With more than 10 years of experience, Ryan has filled many roles across the music industry. After booking DJs for parties in college, he changed course from his finance degree and joined the mailroom at Creative Artists Agency, learning from the most successful agents in live music and artist representation. After graduating with a business administration degree, he worked alongside Nas at Mass Appeal Records, supporting new and established talent as a coordinator, while learning the ins and outs of the recording business. After another stint with CAA in the New York office, Ryan attained his Masters in Music Business from NYU in 2023, writing his final colloquy on the Superfan Economy, which has become a core aspect of his management approach. During his program he supported the team at Crush Music, and most recently became a music supervisor for the world’s leading ad agencies at proTunes.

  • Design Director

Grayson Ellis is an interdisciplinary artist with strong ties to the Bay Area, California. After falling in love with Oakland’s young and intimate live punk scene, she decided to move to New York to complete her BFA at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, where she specialized in performance (drum set and songwriting) as well as Artist Marketing/Branding. Her passion and expertise is in community driven world-building and marketing, focusing on growth in numbers through interpersonal connection and collaboration - allowing the artist to put the phone down and play more music. Grayson has spent the last 6 years in New York expanding her relevant network, drumming for many established artists across all genres, building her own artist project, and also founding the successful monthly queer party, ‘KITTYPOOL’.

  • Marketing Director

Tyler fell in love with performing in his early years. Once he played the not-so-starring role of “Slim” in his high school’s production of Oklahoma! in the 9th grade, he never looked back. Tyler graduated from the University of Southern California in 2020 with a major in Theatre and a minor in Marketing. His home base is New York City, where he balances a life of comedy content creation, writing, and acting for both stage and screen. With roles in THE SEX LIVES OF COLLEGE GIRLS, THAT ‘90S SHOW, and most recently a leading role in Tony Award-winning SHUCKED, Tyler’s rising stardom is paired with a meteoric rise as a content creator. Pulling over half-a-million followers across TikTok, Instragram and Snapchat, Tyler is an expert in content strategy and building fanbases.
